Scoot Boot TheraRide - the only therapy boot you can ride in!
TheraRides offer pads for sole protection and a fully adjustable heel strap that can accommodate various hoof shapes, including those with tall heels. They are unique in offering the ability to transition between therapeutic use to riding. TheraRides offer all the benefits of Scoot Boot Adjust (formerly called Enduros) PLUS:
- Dual-purpose design: Seamlessly transition between therapeutic use and riding with one boot
- Shock absorption: Features a specially designed pad of thermoplastic polyurethane that absorbs shock and reduces strain on muscles and tendons
- Customizable pads: Tailored support for your horse's unique needs

Each pair of TheraRides comes with:
- Bulb Straps and Mud Straps with protective sleeves for a secure, customized fit
- Bulb Strap Extenders to fit high or underrun heels perfectly
- Bulb Strap Gaiter to prevent chafing and add extra comfort on long rides
- Multiple adjustment settings for heel bulbs, screws, and straps to ensure a precise, adaptable fit
- 2 Therapy Pads useful for:
- Transitioning from metal shoes to barefoot
- Thin soles
- Damaged soles due to previous laminitic events
- Bruised soles
- Navicular syndrome
- Pedal osteitis
- 2 Lightweight Standard Pads for riding horses without hoof issues
Important Notes about TheraRides
Customizing the fit of the TheraRides requires an investment of time and effort. We only recommend them to customers who are comfortable "tinkering" with adjustments to get the best fit for their horse.
Given their customizability and fitting process, we cannot accept returns on used TheraRides. Only new, unmarked TheraRides can be returned/exchanged.
We recommend using a fit kit to establish best TheraRide size for your horse. If you opt to start with a fit kit, we will send you several sizing shells to try on your horse. Once you have established the best size, let us know and send the fit kit back to us (customers are responsible for return shipping; fit kits should be returned within 1 week in consideration of other customers). As soon as we receive the returned fit kit, we will send your pair of TheraRides. The fit kit is also your opportunity to confirm that TheraRides will work well for you and your horse. If you determine that TheraRides will not work for your horse, your original order will be refunded less a $15 fit kit use fee.
Please review our instructions on measuring for Scoot Boots and sending photos for sizing advice before placing your order. We ask that you enter your horse's measurements in the space below so that we can verify that the size selected is the best option for your horse (if you already worked with us to determine sizing, just enter a dash in these boxes). Reading measurements can be tricky so we highly recommend sending photos to us to get confirmation of sizing.
Free shipping is available for customers who send photographs of their horse's hooves and receive sizing advice.
