Fast and free shipping on all orders! We ship boots and sizing kits via USPS Priority Mail 3-Day™ in a Flat Rate Envelope (tracking number will be supplied to customers). We reserve 2 business days for handling so boots should be delivered within 5 business days.

COVID-19 NOTICE: We are seeing delays in shipments due to Covid-19. Even though we ship USPS Priority Mail 3-Day™ shipping, shipments may take up to two weeks until they are delivered during these chaotic times. We thank customers for their understanding and patience.
New, unused boots and accessories can be returned for a full refund (see return instructions below.
Unless purchased as demos boots, used/marked products cannot be returned for a full refund or even exchange. However, if you find you are unhappy with your boots, contact us within 45 days and we will do our best to work with you on refunding an amount pro-rated based on boot condition. We also accept Scoot Boot trade-ins, so let us know if you need a different size.

Instructions for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
For your convenience, we include a return address label with fit kits and demo orders but please contact us if you need our shipping address.
We highly recommended returning the boots via the same postage method that we used to ship them: a USPS Priority Mail 3-Day™ Flat Rate service (most boots will fit in a “Flat Rate Padded Envelope”, which has the least expensive postage, but you may need to ask for it by name at your local post office; all others will fit in a "Medium Flat Rate Box").
Please include the packing slip or some other means of identification with your returns.
Include a note indicating the requested status of the return (refund, exchange for other size, etc.)
Please send us the tracking number for refund verification purposes; we are not responsible for boots that we cannot verify were delivered to us.
