New, unused boots can be returned for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping (we highly recommended using a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope for your convenience and security; please send us the tracking number for refund verification purposes).
Used/marked boots cannot be returned. However, if you find you are unhappy with your boots within 45 days, contact us and we will do our best to work with you on refunding an amount to be pro-rated based on boot condition. We also accept Scoot Boot trade-ins, so let us know if you need a different size.
Before returning boots, you must contact us to get your returns authorized (unauthorized returns will not be accepted).
We highly recommended using a USPS Priority Mail 3-Day™ Flat Rate service for your convenience and security. Most boots and shells will fit in a medium flat rate padded envelope which will be the least expensive postage.
Please include the Packing Slip or invoice with any returns (or some other means of identification so we’ll know who they are coming from).
We include a return shipping label with sizing shell and demo orders for your convenience but feel free to contact us if you need our address.
