Shipping
We offer fast shipping shipping on all boot orders! We ship boots (and Fit Kits) via USPS 1-3 Business Days Priority Mail™ and reserve 2 business days for handling so boots should be delivered within 5 business days.
We offer free shipping on all boots sized by us! We share a code for free shipping when we make sizing recommendations based on measurement photos that you send us (and if you received sizing advice elsewhere, just let us know and we'll share our free shipping code). Accessories ship for free when ordered with a pair of boots.

Return Policy
Return/exchange authorization is required for all boots/accessories; a $10 processing fee is applied to boots returned without prior authorization.
New, unused boots and accessories can be returned for a full refund with prior return authorization (see return instructions below).
Unless purchased as demos boots, used/marked products cannot be returned for a full refund or even exchange. However, if you find you are unhappy with your boots, contact us within 45 days and we will do our best to work with you on refunding an amount pro-rated based on boot condition. We also accept Scoot Boot trade-ins, so let us know if you need a different size.
Instructions for Returns
Contact us to obtain authorization for any returns/exchanges (a $10 processing fee is applied to returns/exchanges sent without prior authorization). We will provide the return address as well as a reminder to include a means of identification with your returns and the tracking number for verification purposes.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommended returning the boots via the same postage method that we used to ship them: a USPS Priority Mail 3-Day™ Flat Rate service (most boots will fit in a “Flat Rate Padded Envelope”, which has the least expensive postage, but you may need to ask for it by name at your local post office; all others will fit in a "Medium Flat Rate Box").
